Fundraising Events

Our goal at HOPE is to build awareness about and make a direct impact on food insecurity and children’s health issues right here in Winston-Salem. It takes financial resources to execute our initiatives.

Bringing individuals, families, businesses, foundations, faith-community partners, healthcare-sector partners and like-minded organizations together is essential to making true impact and lasting change. Check out some of our upcoming events below and get involved today!

In 2027, you can sign up for the 49 mile “Fun Run” to go the full distance!

This year’s after party will be the best yet, so stick around after the race for food, drink, fellowship and giveaways!

The Course is a .55 mile crushed gravel trail loop at Kimberley Park, just outside of downtown Winston Salem. 5Kers will run a little under 6 laps and 10Kers will run just over 11 laps. Each race will start at different times to allow people to spread out.

This is a family event complete with prizes, giveaways, and fellowship. Prizes will be awarded for Top Overall Female and Male finishers. Food and snacks will be available on site to help you fuel up post-race. All proceeds benefit HOPE of Winston Salem and help curb food insecurity for many families in Forsyth County. Find out more about HOPE here. To donate directly to HOPE, click here and enter in “49 Miles of HOPE” in the additional info box.

Come support HOPE and celebrate Justin’s birthday at this unique event!
