Stretch for HOPE

Join HOPE at Synergy for a morning of Yoga and lunch at East of Texas for a family friendly event, where all proceeds go to HOPE. HOPE fights food insecurity through direct delivery of healthy meals to children and produce to parents living in food deserts right here in Winston-Salem. All proceeds go to help make nutrition more accessible to families for healthy children.

Schedule:

• May 11th
• Event starts at 10:00
• Yoga begins at 10:30 (Adults only)
• Lunch begins at 11:30 (Adults and Children)
• Games. Facepainting, Balloon animals, Raffles and more

Adult supervision required for children.

Pricing=

• Yoga Only (Adults only)= $30
• Lunch Only= $30
  • Children= $15
• Yoga + Lunch= $50
