Staff & Board

Meet our wonderful team of Superheroes! H.O.P.E. of Winston-Salem has a small, but mighty staff of full & part-time employees that lead our operations and drive our organization forward.

Scott Best, Executive Director

“Scott began his journey with HOPE of Winston-Salem in November 2017 after relocating from Chicago. Formerly in the private sector, Scott made a career change back in 2008 and dedicated himself to ensuring all children and families have access to nutritious food supplies. He lives in Winston-Salem with his wife and daughter.”

Stephanie Fisher Kennedy, Marketing and Events Coordinator

Stephanie started at H.O.P.E. as a baking volunteer with her children many years ago. Prior to starting her family, Stephanie was an event planner in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas and New Jersey. When she is not planning events for H.O.P.E., you can find her volunteering all over the county, gardening or cooking. Stephanie lives in Winston Salem with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
