- Preheat oven to 350.
- 3 15 oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed well
- 2 cups canola oil
- 8 eggs
- 1cup plus 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 5 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips (large bag, 11.5oz.)
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
Cool, cut and wrap each (baggies, saran wrap or foil) and freeze
Fit into a 21/2 gallon freezer bag. LABEL & DATE the bag.
