- Apples! (at least 4)
- 2 tablespoons sugar, honey or syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons water
Peel, core and chop the apples into chucks. Add to a pan along with the sugar, water, and cinnamon. Cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the apples are soft. Eat hot or let cool and refrigerate and serve as a snack or side dish.
Place the apples, sugar and cinnamon in a tinfoil pouch and place on a grill that is not too hot and let the apples cook down slowly.
